Jeremy played an active role in the company’s portfolio management of manufactured home communities (MHC), multi-family housing, as well as, the development of several large mixed-use commercial and residential developments (PUD / DRI), including 1,000+-acre Heathbrook project (Ocala, FL), and Baywood Hills (Alachua, FL), comprising 900+ new construction single family homes, anchored shopping centers, and multi-family properties. For the past 15+ years he has been actively connected and investing with groups acquiring manufactured home communities.
